My husband had the pumpkin spice pancakes. He was torn between that and the baked pear pancakes. But learning that the pumpkin version was seasonal, he chose that one and loved them. I ordered the three egg breakfast with sausage and a side of blueberry pancakes. Very much enjoyed those. Since the server learned that it was our first time here she brought us a sample of the crêpes. One Nutella and one strawberry. They were outstanding and perhaps my favorite of what I tried. Our server was amazing and between her and the others they kept our tea and coffee filled up. The ambience is cute like grandma's house. :-) We will definitely return. P.S. I regret that I didn't take pictures of our beautiful meals.

Sunshine pancake house was ok. The service was friendly but a little slow throughout our entire meal and we we went several times with our water and coffee cups being empty. But the food was good. a shrimp frittata with some hashbrowns which was really good. They give you great portion sizes, and the price isn't too bad. The overall ambiance was good, not too loud and had a decent amount of customers without anyone having to wait too long for a table. Would definitely come back to this place for the food.

If you're looking for a home style breakfast this is your place. The food is delicious but it just doesn't feel quite right paying so much for such a basic breakfast. We ordered corned hash, a 5 piece order of silver dollar pancakes, 2 regular coffees and sausage and eggs. The total was 51 dollars (not including taxes). The food was really good. That's why I rated it so high. $4.75 for a regular coffee is criminal though. Parking is shared with a church so get ready to park somewhere within a block. It wasn't that far but if you have elderly people with you this might pose a problem. Wheel chair access and clean restrooms.

First time and not the last time. Now that's Perry's is closed needed a new breakfast go to . Sunshine is the place, waiter was very friendly and the food is excellent!!! Benedict, silver dollar pancakes. We're definitely coming back. CC accepted but cash is preferred. This helps small businesses with cost. Thanks Jesus

What a great breakfast! We ordered the Oven-Baked Pear Pancake & the Spinach and Sausage Scramble w/ pancakes on the side Both dishes were amazing flavors and textures. The house-made butter + whipped cream were delightful. Fresh squeezed orange juice was the perfect morning treat. The restaurant has a quaint & cozy feel it, plus our server was both attentive and polite. The menu has so many wonderful dishes on it that I would've also loved to try!

Came here on a rainy & hailing day, Sunshine Pancake House is warm inside and the colors give you a feeling of happiness. The workers are kind. We all ordered the freshly squeezed orange juice. It tasted a bit different than when I squeeze it at home, not sure if it's diluted or have some extra sweetness? Nonetheless, it was still a solid cup of orange juice. And they give you a big full glass of it. They brought out warmed maple syrup and whipped butter. The butter was whipped so much it was white, or maybe it had a little something else mixed with it. My great uncle and aunt enjoyed it. I ordered the 5 silver dollar pancakes and I'm SO glad I didn't order 10 because these are NOT *silver dollar* size at all. These were the size of my fist so eating 5 of them really filled me up. I started slowing down on the 3-4th one. They were good and cooked nicely. I love golden pancakes, only one was slightly over cooked. My great uncle ordered plain waffle with a side of eggs (sunny side...over easy or something) & bacon. It came out with 4 slices of bacon and he liked that it was a thicker cut than your usual bacon. Cooked very well-- crispy. The waffle was light and fluffy, not dense at all. The eggs were also well cooked with a nice runny center and crispy edges. My great aunt ordered the bacon waffle. It had bacon crumbled on top as well as inside. She enjoyed her waffle a lot saying it was better than the ones she'd get at breakfast places in Texas. I highly recommend this spot to eat at with family or friends. It will warm you up, make you smile, and keep you filled.
